General Provisions
This website and all services connected to it are operated by apk8d. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and activities on the apk8d platform. By using this platform, you agree to every clause of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for your account password and login details. Giving anyone else access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Updating Information
It is your responsibility to update your account if any of your personal details change (phone number, address, etc.). apk8d is not liable for any delays or complications with withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.
3.3 Multiple Accounts
If a single person holds more than one account, apk8d will cancel the extra accounts and may forfeit the balances and bonuses in those accounts.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms apply to financial transactions on the apk8d platform:
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
apk8d currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may be longer during high traffic or when verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Terms
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals will generally be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- apk8d reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for investigation.
4.5 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonuses and Promotions
apk8d offers its users various bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are governed by the following general terms:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus offer may only be used once per account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- apk8d reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, apk8d may cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
- Accounts may be reviewed if multiple bonus claims are made from the same household, IP address, or device.
5.4 VIP Program
apk8d offers VIP benefits to regular players across five tiers. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move to higher tiers: Bronze at 0.3%, Silver at 0.6%, Gold at 0.9%, Platinum at 1.2%, and Diamond at up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Gaming Rules
The following code of conduct must be strictly followed when playing games on apk8d:
6.1 Fair Play
All games are conducted fairly and transparently. apk8d is committed to ensuring fair play. Using bots, scripts, or any unauthorized software in any game is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error or disconnection during play, apk8d will review the system logs and make a decision. In such cases, apk8d's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Any attempt to influence the game system or its outcomes.
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Exploiting any bug or error in the platform — if you notice something like this, notify the support team immediately.
6.4 Sports Betting
apk8d offers betting on various sports markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets are subject to the final result, and if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
Responsible Gaming
